Doorknock is a platform for initiating conversations between house hunters and property owners. All communication must be respectful and professional. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.

The privacy of both house hunters and property owners is incredibly important to us. The Doorknock letter sent to homeowners is written by our founder, Tim, and does not contain any personal information about the house hunter. Personal details of the house hunter will only be shared with the delivery agent once the homeowner expresses interest in learning more or exploring a potential sale. Please respect this privacy and do not share any contact information with third parties.

‍Transparency:
House hunters should trust that their intentions are clear. The Doorknock letter from Tim introduces the house hunter's interest in the property. If a homeowner is keen to learn more, the process will move forward with full transparency between all parties involved. Misleading or fraudulent requests are strictly prohibited.

Please do not include any offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content in your interactions through Doorknock. This includes any discriminatory, hateful, harassing, or spam-like behaviour.

If the homeowner is interested, the agent will facilitate the next steps. Do not share sensitive personal information until a formal relationship is established.
