• Private Sale: You take control of your Doorknock campaign with a custom letter sent directly to homeowners, inviting them to connect with you personally. No agents or commissions involved.
How do I know which option is right for me?
• If you want professional support and minimal involvement, Agent Supported is a great choice.
• If you prefer a direct approach and more control, Private Sale may be the better fit.

How much does Doorknock cost?
The cost depends on how many homes you want to reach and which approach you choose:
• Targeted: A smaller, more focused campaign to up to 50 homes. • Strategic: A mid-sized campaign reaching up to 100 homes with better value per Doorknock. • Max Reach: The best value per Doorknock, reaching up to 500 homes for maximum exposure.
Each package covers extensive property identification, letter writing, printing and delivery of each Doorknock.
• Agent Supported: No, you only pay for your Doorknock package. The seller covers the agent’s commission if a sale is made. • Private Sale: No agents are involved, so no commission applies.
