Select a package based on how many Doorknocks you’d like to send, then tell us about your ideal home - bedrooms, location, outdoor spaces, or even that dream pool. 


Using this info, we’ll search New Zealand’s top databases to find off-market homes that match your criteria.

STEP 2

Confirm and Pay

Once your details are submitted, we’ll confirm your order and send an invoice. As soon as payment is received, we’ll start the property search and identify homes that aren’t for sale, but match what you’re looking for.

Your Doorknocks Are Delivered

We partner with local (hand selected) agents to personally deliver your Doorknocks to each address. 
If a homeowner is open to hearing your offer, the agent will introduce you, oversee discussions, and facilitate the potential for an off-market sale.

Costs

How much does it cost to Doorknock?

We offer three packages for Doorknock:
• 20 Doorknocks for $65 + GST
• 50 Doorknocks for $110 + GST
• 100 Doorknocks for $180 + GST

These fees cover the cost of the door-hangers, printing, assembly, dispatch and courier fees. Once you select a package and confirm your order, we'll send you an invoice through Xero. Payment must be completed before we begin the property search.
How many Doorknock messages can I send?

You can choose from packages of 20, 50, or 100 Doorknocks. If you need more than 100, contact us for a custom quote!

Doorknocks are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks after payment. This time-frame includes processing, printing, and coordinating with local agents.
What if the homeowner isn’t home during delivery?

If the homeowner is not available, the agent will either return at a later date or leave the Doorknock securely hanging on the front door.

Do I have to use the agent who delivers my Doorknock?

Yes. If the homeowner proceeds with a sale based on your Doorknock, the delivering agent must be involved in the transaction. However, you can still involve your own agent, resulting in a commission split.
Can I involve my own real estate agent?

Can I involve my own real estate agent?
Yes! Your agent can represent you in the transaction. In this case, the delivering agent and your agent will split the commission, but the delivering agent must remain part of the process.

Purchasing a Property

What happens if a homeowner is interested?

If a homeowner expresses interest, the delivering agent will contact you directly. They’ll guide the discussions, facilitate negotiations, and oversee the process of exploring an off-market sale.
What happens if the homeowner lists their property publicly after receiving my Doorknock?

If the homeowner decides to list their property publicly, they can use any agent they choose. You’re free to work with your preferred agent to pursue the listing.
What if the homeowner isn’t interested in selling?

There’s no obligation for the homeowner to respond, but they’re encouraged to let you know. If they decide not to sell, you can continue your search and remain in line for future opportunities.
How is my privacy handled?

Your contact information remains private until a homeowner expresses interest. At that point, the agent delivering your Doorknock will receive your details to facilitate the connection.
